Safety at Mayoor School

A range of strategies are designed to ensure safety of our students/

Safety on the Campus:


· Professional security services provided at all common areas on the campus.

· CCTV Cameras installed at all public areas on the campus.

· Presence of Security guards at all the gates.

· Lady guards posted at Pre-Primary and Primary Blocks.

· Monitoring of school visitors, sign in at the main gate, reporting to reception.

· All students & staff members have been provided with ID cards.

· Teachers on duty at arrival time, dispersal time, break time – all areas covered.



Sick Bay:

· To ensure physical well-being of our students and staff, Mayoor has a fully equipped Sick Bay to deal with any emergency.
  A well-qualified doctor and a trained nurse are present at the campus to render medical service and regular check up of students.
  In addition to this, the school has a tie up with Kailash Hospital, Noida.


Safety in the School Buses:

· Teachers / Nannies travel/accompany students on all school buses.

· Regular attendance taken in the buses.

· Emergency exits in the buses manned by nannies/teachers.

General measures were taken by School to ensure students safety:

· Workshops are conducted from time to time for students e.g. Good Touch Bad Touch, Bullying/ Peer Pressure, Anger Management, to name a few.

· Self Defence classes for girl students.

· Senior students are encouraged to take responsibility as members of the students  Council.

· Suggestion Boxes are provided for an anonymous reporting.

· Crisis planning and preparedness training through regular drills for disaster management e.g. fire safety drills,  earthquake, terrorist attack, road safety
  drills are conducted from time to time at the campus.

· Psychological counselling facilities promoted.

· Psychological counselling services, violence prevention programme, bully proofing mechanisms are in place.
