The International Yoga day was celebrated on 21st Jun 2019 with much zeal and enthusiasm for the fourth consecutive year at Mayoor.
The event which was beautifully organized by the Sports Department witnessed participation by the administrative staff and the teaching and the non teaching staff of the school in huge number performing various asanas like Padmasana, Vrikshasana, Makrasana, etc. The Vice Principal , Dr. Poonam Minhas , addressed the gathering and reinforced that yoga embodies unity of mind and body and is a holistic approach to health and well-being .
