Mayoor School not only contributes to community services but has laid a landmark in the field of Swacch Bharat Abhiyan by bagging various awards for the same.  Mayoorians have always aimed to support the Clean India Campaign initiated by our Honourable Prime Minister.   The various competitions like poster making, role plays, group discussions aim in providing our children a feeling of accomplishment which, in turn, uplifts their confidence in their own capabilities, nevertheless they help in effective inculcation of  the much needed value of cleanliness. Mayoor believes that cleanliness of India is the epicentre for its development. Better roads -better travelling -better – tourism- better income, increased income better education  so happier citizens and a prosperous nation. So community service at grass root level. Caring for our environment is the need of the hour. Our school children are sensitised towards sustainable living.

Throughout the year students indulge in activities that increase their insight about environment. Ambitious tree plantation drives are undertaken.  We truly believe here what Modiji says “If each one of the 125 crore citizens of India takes even one step forward to achieve this magnificent goal, India will move 125 crore steps forward and progress.” Our children are taught to root out national perils and to do this they embark on the wings of knowledge and power of innovation. The school is committed to the development of lifelong learning skills that motivate children to make a positive contribution to society. We make concerted efforts to teach our students about the need to nurture Mother Earth making them aware about the environment, ecology and the need to preserve our resources. The school celebrates Earth Day comprising of activities like litter free lunches, Lights Off campaign that creates awareness about reducing waste, energy conservation and encouraged critical thinking of the students towards these issues. We try to inculcate such activities which help foster a positive and creative environment for the young minds to grow in harmony with nature and their fellow beings. Community welfare was clearly exhibited when our School organised the vaccination camps during the pandemic times. Many sections of the society availed their organised set up of vaccination.
