Advocating for Sustainable Development Goals

The English department hosted an engaging Inter-House Debate Competition on 28 July 2025, where students passionately debated topics centered on the Sustainable Development Goals.

Students spoke both for and against the motions with impressive clarity and conviction. Each house presented strong arguments, demonstrating insightful research and eloquent delivery. The judges commended the participants' confidence, thorough research, and powerful eloquence before declaring the final results.

Principal Ms. Alka Awasthi said that debating on global issues like Sustainable Development Goals deepens the understanding and increases their ability to articulate on diverse perspectives enhances critical thinking and commitment to a better future.

Congratulations to the winning house and all the talented debaters for a compelling competition!
