Balanced Living: Class 2C Promotes Fitness and Well-Being Through 'Health is Wealth'!

Class 2C held an inspiring assembly on 26th September 2024, themed "Health is Wealth." The young students shared a powerful message on the importance of physical and mental well-being, showcasing their talents through a series of engaging performances. The event kicked off with a beautiful poem followed by an energetic exercise dance, reminding us all to stay active. A skit on balanced diets highlighted how nutrition plays a key role in health, while a graceful Yoga Dance demonstrated the holistic benefits of yoga for mind and body. The assembly concluded with a heartfelt pledge to prioritize fitness, a balanced diet, and mental well-being in our lives.

The assembly was highly appreciated by Principal Ms. Alka Awasthi and Headmistress Ms. Vasudha Arora for its meaningful message and outstanding performances.
