Books, Beyond Boundaries – Mayoor School’s Literary Excursion
Stepping into the buzzing halls of Bharat Mandapam felt like walking into a universe built entirely of words and ideas. On 7th August 2025, students of Mayoor School embarked on an inspiring journey to the 29th Delhi Book Fair, organized by the Federation of Indian Publishers in association with the Indian Trade Promotion Organization.  The visit aimed to foster a love for reading and expose students to a wide variety of books across genres and languages. The students enthusiastically explored the vibrant stalls, interacted with publishers and selected books of their interest, making the experience both educational and enjoyable.
Our Principal, Mrs. Alka Awasthi, appreciated this initiative as a valuable step towards nurturing reading habits and expanding the literary horizons of students, while encouraging them to see books as lifelong companions. The visit indeed proved to be a meaningful and enriching experience for all.
