Brushing Cultures, Painting Awareness: A French Workshop on Art and Environment at Mayoor
On the vibrant morning of April 16, Mayoor School, Noida had the distinct honour of welcoming Ms. Saba Niknam, a celebrated French artist, and Madame Marine Michel from the Embassy of France and the French Institute of India for a beautifully curated art-integrated French workshop
The session, brimming with creativity and purpose, revolved around the vital theme of water pollution, seamlessly blending artistic expression with environmental awareness. Our enthusiastic French language students immersed themselves wholeheartedly, crafting not just artwork, but also consciousness.
The workshop commenced on a melodious note with a heartwarming French welcome song performed by our talented students, setting a warm and culturally rich tone for the day. The air buzzed with excitement, as colours, conversations, and curiosity flowed freely.
Adding to the charm of the occasion, our revered Principal Ma’am graced the event and presented hand-painted canvases to the honoured guests — a gesture symbolising friendship, sustainability, and shared values.
The workshop was a harmonious fusion of culture, creativity, and environmental stewardship, leaving a lasting impression on every participant.
