Mayoor Hosts CBSE National Science Exhibition
Mayoor School, Noida proudly hosted the prestigious CBSE National Science Exhibition on 8th and 9th February 2019.This mega event brought together 470 participating teams from all over India who were shortlisted at the regional level. The theme for the event was ‘Scientific Solutions for Challenges in Life. About 1000 students shared their novel ideas through exhibits, projects and presentations. The eminent guests who presided over the event included the distinguished Shri Anurag Tripathi, Secretary of CBSE, Dr Sanyam Bhardwaj ,Controller of Examination, Dr. Joseph Emmanuel, Director, Academics, Sh.Pushkar Vohra, Joint Secretary , Academics, Dr. Sweta Singh ,Joint Secretary , Academics ,Sh. Manish Agarwal, Regional Officer, Noida. A panel of esteemed Judges with immaculate experience accredited in the field of science and technology evaluated the exhibits on their merit.
The extravaganza saw a potpourri of cultural and musical rendition of songs and dance performances .The top 21 teams were felicitated in the glittering valedictory ceremony. The Principal Ms. Alka Awasthi, Mayoor School, Noida encouraged the participants in their quest for searching for wide ranging scientific solutions.
