Changemakers Award 2025-26
National EduTrust of India

Celebrating Visionary Leadership and Transformative Education!
Mayoor School, Noida proudly shares that our Principal  Ms Alka Awasthi has been honoured with the National Principal Change Maker Leadership Award by the National Edutrust of India (an organisation under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). The recognition celebrates her exemplary leadership and unwavering commitment to sustainability initiatives, academic innovation and community engagement.
Principal Ms. Awasthi envisions every corner of the school as a laboratory. As she aptly states, “If we want our children to solve real world problems, we must give them real world spaces to think, create and innovate.” Guided by this belief, she has transformed an underutilised space into a future ready learning ecosystem, The Sustainability Experience Centre — a vibrant hub dedicated to AI, sustainability, CBSE Skill Education and the true essence of Kaushal Bodh. The Centre empowers students to explore solutions to pressing environmental and socio economic challenges. The space now is a testament to her sustainability ethos, “Sustainability in education is not an initiative; it is a mindset we nurture every day.”
Heartiest congratulations on this well deserved honour and for continuing to inspire meaningful transformation in education.
