Echoes of Time: Celebrating the Soul of India's Heritage
On the occasion of World Heritage Day, the students of Class V participated in a special activity to explore and celebrate UNESCO World Heritage Sites in India. The primary objective of the activity was to create awareness about India’s rich cultural and historical legacy and help students understand the importance of preserving our national treasures.
Each student chose one heritage site and created an informative and colourful A3-sized presentation sheet. The sheets included pictures, historical facts, and architectural features of iconic Indian monuments. The students also gave a short verbal presentation in class, confidently sharing their research with peers, turning the classroom into a mini heritage exhibition.
Principal, Ms. Alka Awasthi appreciated the enthusiasm, creativity, and effort shown by the students in making the activity a grand success.
