Empowering Educators: Facilitator Skill-Building at Mayoor School

At Mayoor, we believe that educators are the driving force behind innovation and the entrepreneurial spirit. To hone our teachers with cutting-edge skills, our ace science facilitator Ms Ambili Rishil was given an opportunity to be a part of  2 day transformative Facilitator Training on Design Thinking, in collaboration with IDE and the Innovation Cell.

Training was packed with learning, inspiration, and actionable insights as shared below:
    •    Customer Discovery & Idea Generation:
Participants explored how to align solutions with customer needs while tackling the opportunities and challenges of entrepreneurship.
    •    Grants & Funding Opportunities:
Session offered a practical guide to accessing funding resources for student startups, empowering educators to support entrepreneurial ventures.
    •    Prototyping & Financial Literacy:
Session was dedicated to demystify the art of prototyping and the essentials of financial literacy, introducing innovative concepts like Minimum Viable Cost to foster resource-efficient innovation.
    •    Inspiring Educators as Change Makers:
Entrepreneur Tusharjeet Bhardwaj wrapped up the day with a thought-provoking session on the vital role of educators in cultivating entrepreneurial mindsets among students.
At Mayoor, we’re not just teaching innovation—we’re living it. By building facilitator skills through such dynamic programs, we are shaping future-ready educators who will inspire the leaders of tomorrow.
