“Social-emotional learning is not an addition to education; it is the foundation that nurtures compassionate, confident, and resilient learners.”
A one-day CBSE Capacity Building Programme (CBP) on Socio-Emotional Learning was conducted for educators with the objective of strengthening emotional well-being, empathy, and positive classroom practices to support holistic student development. The programme reflected the school’s continued emphasis on meaningful teacher training and professional growth.
The sessions were conducted by two eminent resource persons.
Ms. Aabha Arora, a renowned author and CBSE Master Trainer, shared valuable insights on child-centred learning and emotional development.

The workshop included interactive discussions and experiential activities that enabled teachers to understand the significance of socio-emotional competencies in the teaching-learning process. Participants gained practical tools to foster emotional resilience, collaboration, and positive student engagement among learners.
