Mayoor School, Noida hosted CBSE–Capacity Building Programme on “Promoting Mental Health and Wellness among Students,” conducted by two eminent educationists — Dr Anju Tandon Principal , Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan Mehta Vidyalaya, New Delhi, and Mrs. Malini Narayan, Founder Principal ,Army Public School and former Chairperson of the National Progressive Schools’ Conference.

The workshop focussed on nurturing emotional resilience, empathy, and mindfulness among students. Both the speakers shared insightful and practical strategies to integrate well-being into everyday teaching and learning practices. The interactive sessions encouraged educators to recognize early signs of stress and support students through compassionate and balanced approaches.

It was an enriching and reflective experience for all participants. Principal , Ms.Alka Awasthi extended heartfelt gratitude to the Centre of Excellence, CBSE, for providing this valuable opportunity for professional learning and growth.
