Forging Future Leaders: A Transformative Experience at the Leadership Conclave
A Leadership Conclave was recently organized by Metamorphes Foundation on 22nd and 23rd March in Dehradun, aiming to foster leadership qualities, provide insights into career opportunities in the Indian Armed Forces, and honour the spirit of patriotism and service among young aspirants.
A matter of immense pride for Mayoor School, Noida, was the selection of Ekaksh Anchal of Class XII-A to be a part of this prestigious conclave. His participation in this esteemed event is a testament to the school's commitment to nurturing future leaders.
The programme commenced with a visit to the Indian Military Academy (IMA), where participants watched an introductory video on the academy’s legacy and training methodology. A guided tour included an insightful visit to Jigyasa, IMA’s Tinker Lab, showcasing innovations and technology in defense, and an art gallery depicting the valour of soldiers through inspiring artworks. A major highlight of the conclave was the "Veerathon", a marathon organized at 4 AM on 23rd March, dedicated to the welfare of martyrs’ families in need.
The conclave also featured career counseling sessions on joining the Indian Armed Forces, led by experts who provided guidance on various entry pathways. An interactive session with senior veterans offered invaluable insights into leadership, resilience, and dedication, further motivating the participants.
Principal, Ms Alka Awasthi, congratulated Ekaksh for showcasing his leadership skills in the transformative experience at the conclave and reminded all to instil a sense of responsibility, patriotism and leadership.
