From Dandi to Today: The Timeless Legacy of Gandhi
Gandhi Jayanti was commemorated with a special assembly celebrating the life, ideals and enduring legacy of Mahatma Gandhi.
The programme highlighted his timeless principles of truth, non-violence, peace and perseverance through an inspiring presentation, a heartfelt poem and a portrayal of the historic Dandi March, depicting the power of peaceful resistance.
A soulful rendition of “Raghupati Raghav Raja Ram”, accompanied by a graceful dance performance, conveyed the messages of unity, harmony and peace.
The assembly concluded with a reflection on the relevance of Gandhian values in contemporary life, encouraging students to practise truthfulness, compassion, respect, self-discipline and non-violence in their daily lives.
