Grade III, IV and V celebrate Earth Day
‘To the Earth, our silent giver - thank you for the skies that sing, the soil that feeds,
and the beauty that never asks for praise.’
Mayoor School, Noida celebrated Earth Day with enthusiasm across Grades III to V, inspiring creativity and environmental responsibility among students.
Grade III students crafted floral wristbands in the Wrist Garden – Nature’s Bracelet activity, joyfully connecting with nature through hands-on creativity. Grade IV students reimagined old paper bags into vibrant artworks in the Paper Bag Picasso activity, learning the value of reuse and sustainability. Grade V students expressed their environmental concerns through self-composed poems and artistic posters under the theme “Whispers to the Earth,” showcasing empathy and awareness.
Principal Ms. Alka Awasthi appreciated the students’ imagination and thoughtful participation, urging them to stay mindful and appreciative of nature. The celebration reflected the school’s dedication to shaping environmentally conscious global citizens.
