Honouring the Sentinel of Liberty: Mayoor School Observes Parakram Diwas
The school community observed Parakram Diwas on to commemorate the 129th birth anniversary of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose. Recognised nationwide as the "Day of Valour," the occasion served to inspire students through Netaji’s enduring legacy of selfless service, iron discipline, and unwavering patriotism.
To provide a profound historical perspective, a special documentary screening was organised, chronicling Netaji’s monumental contributions to the Indian independence movement. Following the screening, the Parakram Diwas Pledge was solemnly taken, reinforcing a collective commitment to national integrity and courage.
Principal Ms Alka Awasthi expressed her appreciation for the event, and lauded the student body for demonstrating a commitment to integrate Netaji’s principles of valour and service into their daily conduct.
