Inspiring the Youth - Mahatma Gandhi and Shastriji's Impressions on Time
To commemorate the birth anniversaries of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri, students of Class XI A and XI B put up the class assembly with great reverence. The assembly commenced with a thought-provoking skit that highlighted the principles of truth, non-violence, simplicity, and self-reliance, which were central to the lives of both leaders, beautifully showcasing how these timeless values can be incorporated into the students' everyday lives.
Following that, the students collectively took a solemn pledge to uphold the principles of honesty, integrity, and dedication, as propagated by Mahatma Gandhi and Shastriji. The assembly concluded with a graceful dance performance on the soulful "Vaishnav Jan To" bhajan, symbolizing compassion and selflessness.
After felicitating the winners of Badminton CBSE Clusters and other inter school competitions, in her address, Principal Ms. Alka Awasthi reiterated the significance of adhering to the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi in today's world and encouraged the students to embody these values in their daily actions.
