Interact Club Brightens Lives of Senior Citizens at a Care Trust
On Tuesday, 13 August 2024, the Interact Club members of Mayoor School Noida embarked on a heartwarming visit to the Shridham Old-Age Care Trust in Sector 105, Noida. The students proceeded on a mission of kindness, spending time with the residents, offering comfort, and providing essential supplies. These items were generously donated by the School community as a token of respect and care.
To mark the occasion of Independence Day, the students showcased their talents through songs and a lively entertainment programme, bringing smiles to the faces of the elderly.
This thoughtful initiative was highly appreciated by the members of the Trust. Principal Ms. Alka Awasthi expressed immense pride in the Interact Club members, whose selfless service and dedication to the elderly epitomised the school's values of compassion and empathy.
