The Intra Section Competition – ‘The Nutribites Challenge’ was an impressive display of culinary excellence and a strong commitment to nutritious living. Our budding chefs of Grade V dazzled us by presenting healthy snack options—from rainbow fruit kebabs and quinoa energy bites to international delights like hummus, veggie wraps and sushi-inspired rice balls. Dressed in mini chef coats and toques, each student confidently spoke about the nutritional benefits of their creations and echoed the mantra ‘Say no to junk food!’ Principal Ms. Alka Awasthi applauded every young presenter for their innovation, research, and passion for wholesome eating. Her words of encouragement inspired us all to make better food choices, one snack at a time. Through this challenge, our young chefs deepened their understanding of balanced nutrition, explored global culinary traditions, honed their presentation skills, and embraced the power of healthy choices for lifelong well-being
