Joy of Giving: Spreading 'Smile' at Shridham Old Age Home
In keeping with its tradition of spreading warmth, the Interact Club organised a heartwarming donation drive titled ‘Smile’. The drive embodied the true spirit of Diwali through thoughtful acts of giving.
Mayoorians contributed generously with food grains, non-perishable food, and other essential items. These donations were collected and shared with the residents of Shridham Old Age Home, Noida. This initiative went beyond material contributions; it was about connecting and sharing smiles and hope.
Principal Ms. Alka Awasthi applauded the Interactors' generous spirit, emphasising that such initiatives are vital for instilling empathy, compassion, and social responsibility in young learners. The 'Smile' Drive was a shining example of how small acts of kindness spark meaningful change.
