Mayoor hosted CBP on Competency-Based Assessment (Secondary Level)
Mayoor School, Noida, hosted a two day CBSE Capacity Building Programme on Competency-Based Assessment at the Secondary Level. The programme was conducted by two distinguished educationists—Dr. Mukta Misra, a seasoned academic leader and British Council School Ambassador, and Dr. Anil Kumar Choubey, an experienced Psychology educator and Head of the Wellness and Counselling Department at VidyaGyan Leadership Academy, Shiv Nadar Foundation. Both resource persons shared valuable insights on designing and implementing competency-based assessment practices that promote critical thinking, application-based learning, and holistic student development. The interactive sessions highlighted practical strategies for aligning learning outcomes with assessment tools, framing competency-based questions, and creating inclusive and learner-centric assessment environments. The workshop provided valuable professional learning for all participants, and we extend our sincere appreciation to the Centre of Excellence, CBSE, for providing us this opportunity.
