Mayoor School, Noida had the honour of hosting a distinguished delegation from the Institution for a Global Society (IGS), Japan, for a three-day AiGROW Non-Cognitive Skills Assessment Programme from 4th to 6th August 2025.
Principal Ms. Alka Awasthi warmly welcomed the guests, Mr Masa Fukuhara and Ms Ami Tsukada, expressing her delight at this meaningful collaboration. The programme commenced with a dedicated induction session for teachers, laying a strong foundation for the three days of intensive engagement.
The students participated in structured self and peer assessments focused on critical non-cognitive skills such as empathy, collaboration, adaptability, and self-awareness. The AI-powered AiGROW platform served as a dynamic tool for evaluation, introspection and building stronger peer relationships through constructive feedback.
