Mayoor School, Noida Shines at Sri Lanka Subject Knowledge Enhancement Competition
Students of Mayoor School, Noida brought laurels to the school at the Sri Lanka Subject Knowledge Enhancement (SKE) Essay and Painting Competition, organised by the Rotary Club of Delhi in collaboration with the High Commission of Sri Lanka in New Delhi.
At the Award Ceremony held on 3 July 2026 at the High Commission of Sri Lanka, the winners were felicitated by H.E. Ms. Mahishini Colonne, High Commissioner of Sri Lanka to India. The awardees were Neshwa Ramesh (Class IX), First Prize in Painting; Anika Saxena (Class IX), Second Prize in Painting; Arav Sethi (Class IX), Second Prize in Essay Writing; and Keshvi Wason (Class XII), Second Prize in Essay Writing.
Congratulating the students, Principal Ms. Alka Awasthi commended their creativity, dedication, and perseverance. She remarked that such international platforms foster cultural understanding, broaden perspectives, and inspire students to become confident, compassionate, and globally aware citizens.
