In alignment with the NEP’s emphasis on the importance of professional development for teachers, Mayoor School, Noida, proudly hosted the CBSE-COE Noida’s Capacity Building Programme. Over 50 educators came together to explore effective teaching strategies for active learning, with a focus on fostering student engagement and participation. Led by Ms. Priya Gambhir, Principal , St. Andrews World School, and Ms. Vinisha Sharma, Vice Principal , Doon International School, the programme shared innovative techniques to create a dynamic, student-centered classroom environment.
