Reflecting, Refining, and Reinforcing Excellence in Teaching:
Effective teaching starts with continuous reflection, meaningful collaboration, and a commitment to growth. With this objective, a micro teaching session was conducted by faculty members of the departments of English, Physics, Business Studies, Mathematics, and Geography.
The facilitators presented well-planned lessons that effectively demonstrated sound pedagogical approaches, learner-centred strategies, and engaging classroom practices. Each session highlighted subject-specific teaching methodologies while emphasising conceptual clarity, active student participation, and interactive learning experiences.
