Turning Off the Lights, Turning On Change
The Interact Club and Eco Club of Mayoor School, Noida, in collaboration with parents, successfully organized a Power Conservation Drive aimed at combating climate change and promoting energy conservation on 29 November 2024. The event took place from 12:00 noon to 12:30 pm, during which students, staff, and parents were encouraged to switch off all electrical appliances and lights both at school and at home.
Principal Ms. Alka Awasthi reiterated that by coming together for this cause, the school community demonstrated that environmental consciousness is a shared responsibility, and it is through united action that real change can be achieved.
