Mayoor Hosts CBSE National Science Exhibition

Science exhibitions are vibrant celebrations of curiosity, creativity, and the boundless possibilities that emerge when young minds explore the wonders of the world together.
Mayoor School, Noida successfully hosted the prestigious CBSE National Science Exhibition 2023 from February 1st to 3rd, 2024 with great grandeur and pride. The mega event, aimed at providing a humongous platform to young ignited minds to showcase their ingenuity and creativity, featured 313 participating teams from across India who were shortlisted at the regional level.
The splendour of the occasion was elevated by the presence of a constellation of illustrious guests which included Sh. Sanjay Kumar, Secretary, Department of School Education & Literacy, Ministry of Education, Government of India; Ms. Nidhi Chibber, Chairperson, CBSE; Dr. Joseph Emmanuel, Director, Academics, CBSE; Dr. Sanyam Bhardwaj, Controller of Examinations, CBSE, Dr. Sarvesh Naidu, Chairperson, Collaboration Committee, Mayo College General Council, Ajmer and a galaxy of Heads of esteemed institution of Delhi NCR. 
Based on the theme, Science and Technology for Society, the exhibition demonstrated the scientific prowess of over 600 emerging innovators. These budding talents presented their novel ideas through exhibits, projects, and presentations on five sub-themes: Agriculture, Communication and Transport, Computational Thinking, Health, and Life. A distinguished panel of judges, renowned for their impeccable expertise in the realm of science and technology, assessed the exhibits and accomplished the herculean task of identifying the winners who were felicitated in a glittering valedictory ceremony which encompassed an amazing array of cultural performances.
Extending her gratitude to the dignitaries and the participating schools for their distinguished presence and invaluable contribution in making this event a grand success, Principal, Ms. Alka Awasthi, applauded the outstanding display of the participants in their pursuit of diverse scientific solutions and encouraged them to keep their scientific temper ablaze.
