Celebrating Tradition and Creativity: Class V Folk Art Competition

Mayoor School, Noida hosted an exciting Inter House Drawing Competition for the students of Class V, centred around the vibrant theme of folk art, where students showcased their artistic talents and creativity inspired by traditional folk-art forms.
The drawing competition on folk art was a resounding success, with students demonstrating remarkable creativity and a deep understanding of cultural traditions.
Navya Gupta of Salil House and Aamina Fatima of Amber House bagged the first position, Jyotishman Das of Varun House and Manasvi Bansal of Vasudha House held the second position while the third position was secured by Ruhi Chauhan of Vasudha House and Diya Prabhu of Varun House.
Principal Ms Alka Awasthi interacted with the students where students had the opportunity to discuss their artwork. This provided valuable feedback and insights into the folk-art forms and encouraged further learning.
