Mayoor School, Noida takes immense pride in sharing that Ms Alka Awasthi, Principal,  represented the school at the Blended Leadership Development Programme organised by the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom, in collaboration with CBSE and the British Council. The programme aimed to enhance leadership capacity among exclusively selected Indian School Heads through a blend of online and in-person training.

The programme comprised six online modules on topics including inclusive education, sustainability, distributed leadership, and innovative assessment strategies. This was followed by an intensive six-day residential training at the University of Birmingham, featuring expert-led workshops, school visits, interactive sessions with UK education leaders, and capstone presentations. Visits to prominent schools and institutions, including the Birmingham City Council and Aston University Engineering Academy, offered first-hand insight into globally relevant educational practices.
