The Conclave marked a significant coming together of Principals and Heads from all Sister Schools, symbolising the collective strength and enduring spirit of the Mayo fraternity.
Over three enriching days, the Heads engaged in purposeful deliberations on governance, performance management, teacher development, technological integration, and the evolving dimensions of school leadership in a rapidly changing educational landscape. The Conference reaffirmed a shared commitment to collaboration, transparency, and strategic alignment across the MCGC network.
A defining highlight was the presentation by Principal Ms Alka Awasthi on the theme, “Are We as Heads of Schools Becoming More Admin?” The session sparked thoughtful reflection on balancing administrative demands with visionary academic leadership.
