Shaping Tomorrow: Online Career Orientation for Class X

Mayoor School, Noida conducted an insightful Online Orientation Session for Class X as part of the Career and Psychometric Counselling Programme. The session, led by Ms. Jyotsna Bharadwaj, Director, Envision India Eduservices, focused on providing an overview of the counselling process and highlighting the importance of psychometric testing in informed career decision-making.

Ms. Bharadwaj shared valuable inputs on understanding students’ strengths, interests, and aptitudes, helping them make confident academic and career choices. Her experience and expertise enriched the session and offered clear guidance to both students and parents.

The Principal, Ms. Alka Awasthi, thanked and appreciated Ms. Bharadwaj for her meaningful insights and for guiding the students towards a more self-aware and informed future.

The session marks the beginning of a structured support process for students, which will be followed by detailed one-to-one counselling sessions to help each child plan their academic pathways effectively.
