Special Assembly on World Mental Health Day
On 8 October 2024, our school commemorated World Mental Health Day with a special assembly presented by our XI and XII grade Psychology students. The theme for this year's event was "Mental Health is a Universal Human Right," emphasizing the importance of accessible mental health care for everyone.
Students delivered powerful speeches, soulful song and engaging skit that showcased the challenges of mental health, the importance of support systems, and effective coping mechanisms. Students shared valuable insights into maintaining mental well-being, including practical tips and techniques for stress management and emotional regulation. The assembly concluded with an interactive session where students had the opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts.
Principal and Vice Principal felicitated the winners of various competitions and recognised their achievements. Vice Principal Ms. Sunita Dahiya highlighted the importance of mental health and encouraged students to seek help when needed, assuring them of the school's unwavering support.
