Spreading Joy at One Hand for Happiness NGO
On Saturday, 31 August 2024, members of the Interact Club from Mayoor School Noida made a heartwarming visit to the One Hand for Happiness NGO in Sector-121, Noida. With the goal of spreading joy and spending meaningful time with those in need, the students carried stationery, books, and toys for the residents. They also engaged the children in various activities such as colouring, tattoo making, bracelet making, and singing.
The Mayoor Interact Club members, along with the team Aspecia (led by Mayoor students), spent valuable time interacting with the children. This experience proved to be a significant learning opportunity for all involved, fostering humility and empathy. Principal Ms. Alka Awasthi praised the students' efforts and encouraged them to continue leading such projects, highlighting the importance of empathy and humility in their journey through life.
